The closing Gala evening of the 14th Edition of the International Tour Film Festival 2025 took place in the evocative Cittadella della Musica in Civitavecchia, featuring the traditional red carpet.

The Critic Jury Prize was awarded to “The Butterfly Dream” by Korean directors Suhyeon Scholastica Jin and Aria Suhyun Kim, a short film created with the contribution of AI, which also won the award in its namesake category. The evening was masterfully orchestrated by President Piero Pacchiarotti and Artistic Director Antonio Flamini.

Institutional greetings were given by the Mayor of Civitavecchia, Marco Piendibene, the Deputy Mayor and Culture Assessor Stefania Tinti, the Tourism Assessor Piero Alessi, as well as by the President of the Ca.Ri.Civ Foundation Gaetano Starace and Honorary President Gabriella Sarracco.

The fourteenth edition concluded with an absolutely positive outcome, featuring 102 works in competition, along with workshops, events dedicated to youth and students, exhibitions, book presentations, readings, theatrical performances, and meetings.

The gala evening was hosted by the well-known acting duo Alina Person, wearing a princely dégradé gown by Atelier Silvia Actis Perino, and Simone Gallo. They introduced the charming festival patron Emanuela Tittocchia, dressed in a sleek black gown. The awards were presented by the beautiful Livia Simonetto, Miss Roma Capitale.

The Gala began with a contemporary dance moment led by Paolo Soloperto, international teacher and choreographer, with his creation “Frenemies,” performed by Chiara Erroi and Eleonora Martina, winning enthusiastic applause.

In its second edition, the Mafalda Molinari Award, honoring a woman distinguished in the world of art who has become an emblem, was awarded to an emotional actress Ida Di Benedetto, also a lead in the film “Gli Altri.” The actress received a beautiful sculpture created by Stefano Notargiacomo.

The award ceremony then moved swiftly into the main phase, with the Italian Excellence Award presented by Luca Papa, coach of Italian excellences, to: Meo Fusciuni, internationally renowned perfumer artist; Anna Maria Galeotti, Director of the National Dance Academy; and Lorenzo Ballarati, a highly awarded Italian swimmer, introduced by a short video on the humanitarian association Compassion.

This year’s ITFF Career Award 2025 was given to director Cinzia TH Torrini.

The ITFF Special Cinema on TV Award was given to Rai 2’s television program BellaMa, accepted by Angela Martucci and Domenico Restuccia.

Several ITFF Special Awards were presented during the evening: to the festival patron Emanuela Tittocchia; Can Saracoglu, President of the International Circuit of Tourist Festivals CINETOUR, flown in from Istanbul; and to actors Massimiliano Buzzanca, Graziano Scarabicchi, Lorenzo Renzi, and Ralph Palka for their works and commitment in cinema.

The ITFF Special On Air Award was assigned to Rossella Diaco, a prominent voice in radio and television.

The Ennio Morricone Hall of the Cittadella della Musica in Civitavecchia was sold out, attended by guests, industry professionals, and friends of the festival.

In the audience were Maddalena Mayneri, President of the Cortinametraggio Festival; actor Andrea De Rosa; actress Roberta Aguzzi; directors Mirko Alivernini, Daniele Falleri, and Christian Marazziti; Leila Berhouma, Director of the Tunis Cinematography Center; orchestra conductor Luisella Chiarini; president of the Italian Historical Cinema Archive Graziano Marraffa; Apidge president Ezio Sina; Sara Parca of Italia Nostra; Brazilian influencer YouTuber Brazo Crew; model and dancer Ilenia Ferruggio; actress and influencer Klea Marku; the stunning model Elis Rivera; and many other friends and industry professionals.
